1. Information We Collect

JobGenie collects information you provide when creating an account (name, phone number, email) and information about your business, customers, invoices, jobs, and team members that you choose to store in the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide and improve the JobGenie service: CRM features, invoicing, job management, team coordination, and AI-powered assistance. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. AI Processing

JobGenie uses Anthropic Claude for AI features. Your data is processed in real time to answer questions and execute commands. Anthropic does not train on your data.

4. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored encrypted at rest in PostgreSQL via Supabase with encryption in transit via TLS. We retain data while your account is active. Deleted accounts are purged within 30 days.

5. Third-Party Services

JobGenie uses: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database + auth), Anthropic (AI), Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS). Each has its own privacy policy.
