JobGenie AI provides a voice-first CRM platform for small service businesses. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using JobGenie on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You may not share accounts across unrelated businesses.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into JobGenie. We do not claim any ownership over your business data. You can export or delete your data at any time. We will not access your data except as necessary to provide support, maintain the service, or comply with law.
We strive to keep JobGenie available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance that causes temporary downtime — we will try to minimize this.
You agree not to use JobGenie for any unlawful purpose, to send spam, to harass others, or to upload malicious content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You can cancel at any time — your service continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with 30 days notice. No refunds for partial months.
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobGenie AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
